With a massive outdoor deck for eating, drinking, and making memories , games room with table tennis and foosball, high speed internet and Sky TV, you’ll never be bored. All this in a beautifully secluded location which is just a short 3 minute drive from the heart of town.
3 levels of luxurious living is all yours
This beautifully constructed luxury home is built over 3 levels. The lower level has the garage, games room, and a bedroom. Lounge, kitchen, dining, bedroom, and a a bathroom are found on the middle level. The upper level features 3 bedrooms, 2 more bathrooms, and the laundry.
With a large wood fire (firewood supplied) in the living area, this keeps the home toasty and snug even in the middle of winter. If that’s not enough to warm you up, each room has a radiator heater and all beds have electric blankets too. The bathrooms, they even have underfloor heating, with a never ending supply of hot water.
The middle level sports a gourmet kitchen that includes a dishwasher, sandwich maker, and everyone’s favourite, a slow cooker – perfect for a hot dinner waiting for your arrival in the late afternoon after your return from the day’s adventure.
With a large, well appointed lounge suite, this common area is comfortable and accommodating for a large family. There is a large TV, with Sky TV and a DVD player.
The dining area is open to the kitchen and has bi-fold doors that open out onto the spacious balcony. Simply perfect.
The massive outdoor deck with that gorgeous view has full lighting, furniture, a large gas BBQ, and of course an outdoor gas heater.
All bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen linen supplied and is inclusive. The villa is toddler friendly, and supplied at no additional fee if required is a high chair, portages cot, and safety gates for the stairs.
Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, twin basins, two person spa bath and private balcony with amazing lake and mountain views.
Bedroom 2: King bed (may be split into 2 x single beds).
Bedroom 3: 2 sets of bunk beds (4 x large single beds). Beds are large enough for adults to sleep in.
Bedroom 4: King bed (may be split into 2 x large single beds).
Bedroom 5: Large Queen Bed which is splittable.
